Our specialty is Lead Based Paint and Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention, but we also work in Healthy Homes (Mold, Fire Safety, Carbon Monoxide, Radon, Pests, Trip and Fall etc).
Our mission is to help parents who are trying to keep their family safe, contractors who are trying to comply with lead paint regulations and avoid being fined and property owners who are concerned with safety and liability issues.
Kate can help because she is considered to be one of the leading experts on Lead Paint regulations. Our company was the first entity certified by EPA and HUD to offer lead safe training (RRP) in the region, and has since trained thousands of renovators. We are contracted by State and Federal programs to train their trainers and inspectors and consult on a vast array of projects. Kate is and author and also a frequent speaker at conferences and in the media including NHPR’s news talk show “The Exchange”, and has presented a TEDx talk on the subject “Why we should worry about lead poisoning in a NEW home“.
